 AMERICANO

Espresso diluted with hot water. You can choose to remove your crema or stir it in depending on your taste.


ESPRESSO

Single or double espresso, a small strong coffee hit. Created by high-pressure extraction. The autonomy of espresso is crema, body, heart.


RISTRETTO

Strong, concentrated espresso. I find it enhances the fruit notes in the coffee.


CORTADO

Espresso with a small amount of steamed milk.


FLAT WHITE

Small strong coffee. In our flat white there is always a double espresso with flat steamed milk (textured, glossy milk).


CAPPUCCINO

1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 microfoam. Free poured and you can choose to have it topped with real chocolate, cinnamon, both, or for the purist, simply as it is.

*Dry cappuccino is mostly foam.


LATTE

Espresso, a lot of steamed milk, and a thin cap of foam.

*Wet Latte is with no cap of foam.


ANTOCCINO

Espresso with steamed milk in a 1:1 ratio.


CON PANNA

Espresso topped with whipped cream. Also known as Cafe Vienne and Cafe Viennois.


MOCHA

Espresso with our signature real chocolate hot chocolate all coming together in lovely steamed milk. You can have it as it comes or with some amazing toppings for a more indulgent drink.


DIRTY CHAI

Spiced Indian tea with a shot of coffee. Chai is a warming drink full of spices including cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamon, and of course tea.


V60

Known as a drip-brew. This will produce a lighter-bodied yet delicate brew. Tasty, with perfect clarity.


MACCHIATO

Single or double espresso with a spoon or two of milk foam.


FRAPPE

Coffee, ice, milk then blended. We also do non-coffee frappes and alternative milk ones too.


ICED

Cold coffee, served over ice with milk.
