We pride ourselves in exclusively sourcing high quality ingredients from trusted and accredited organisations. We also use eco-friendly packaging for our products - most of which is recyclable or biodegradable.

How do I order?

Select your Items, add them to basket and then go to your cart.

At checkout, choose from:

  • Shipping UK Wide

  • Collection from our Ellon cafe

  • Local Delivery in Ellon and surrounding areas (within 25 miles of our shop)

When will my order arrive?

UK Wide Shipping:
Please allow a total of five working days for your order to arrive. Once products are freshly made and shipped, they will typically arrive within one to two days.

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays will be made and sent at the start of the following week.

Collection in Ellon:
Depending on our order level and stock, it can be ready in as little as 15 minutes! You can pre-order and schedule a time slot and date if preferred.

Delivery in Ellon:
Delivery is for pre-orders only. Please provide at least 3 days notice for local deliveries, and note that website times are an estimate only.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday 11am - 4pm, closed on Sunday.

How long is your turnaround?

We pride ourselves in always delivering high-quality, freshly made products.

As our items are made to order, please allow three working days for your product to be made before it ships.
In most cases you will receive it sooner, however, we recommend ordering at least five working days before the desired day of delivery to be safe.

Can I request a delivery date?

Hoping for a gift to arrive on someone’s birthday or anniversary? You can request a date for delivery, and we will do our best to make it happen.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, and provide your desired date in the notes section at checkout.

When weekend dates are selected, we cannot guarantee they will arrive on that day due to shipping restrictions. However, we will always do our best to get it to you as close to your requested date as possible!

Is there parking?

Yes, there is pay and display parking just outside the shop, charges are as follows:

  • Up to 1 Hour - £0.50

  • Up to 2 Hours - £1.00

  • Up to 5 Hours - £3.00

  • Up to 9 Hours £5.00

Parking can be paid for in cash or online via the app - different charges may apply.

Free parking is also available a short walk away, approx 5 mins.

What’s included in your afternoon tea?

Our signature afternoon tea includes a wide selection of delicious, freshly baked treats.

You can choose your preferred sandwich fillings online, but the sweet treats will be a surprise!

You deserve the best, so it all depends on what has been freshly baked that day.

I made a mistake when ordering. What should I do?

Not to worry, we have all been there. Just get in touch as soon as you notice on 01358 725071.
If we don’t answer, we are probably out delivering orders, so please leave a message.

If you get in touch before it's been shipped, we can get it sorted for you! If your order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately very little we can do.

Perishables - We cannot accept returns of food items, due to the nature of the item and risk of cross contamination while outwith our care. However, if there is a mistake with your order on our end, let us know and we will rectify this as quickly as possible.

Non-Perishables can be returned in original, unopened packaging.
