How do I order?

Select your Items, add them to your basket and then go to your cart (on some mobile devices sometimes you need to push the x on the quantity to show your basket).

At checkout, choose from:

  • Shipping UK Wide

  • Collection from our Ellon cafe

When will my order arrive?

UK Wide Shipping:
Please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive. After we receive your order, it usually takes about three days to prepare and make the products. Once they are shipped, they typically arrive within one to two days.

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays will be made and sent at the start of the following week to allow for freshness and prevent sitting in a depot over a weekend.

Collection in Ellon:
Depending on our order level and stock, it can be ready in as little as 15 minutes however we ask for 3 days incase we need to bake it fresh! You can pre-order and schedule a time slot and date if preferred.

Delivery in Ellon:
We no longer offer delivery.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Wednesday to Saturday 9am - 4pm.

How long is your turnaround?

We pride ourselves in always delivering high-quality, freshly made products.

As our items are made to order, please allow three working days for your product to be made before it ships.

In most cases you will receive it sooner, however, we recommend ordering at least five working days before the desired day of delivery to be safe.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is pay and display parking just outside the shop, charges are as follows:

  • Up to 1 Hour - £1.25

  • Up to 5 Hours - £3.75

  • Up to 9 Hours £6.25

Parking can be paid for in cash or online via the app - different charges may apply.

Free parking is also available a short walk away, up behind the health center, approx 5 mins.

What’s included in your afternoon tea?

Our signature afternoon tea includes a wide selection of delicious, freshly baked treats.

You can choose your preferred sandwich fillings online, but the sweet treats will be a surprise!

You deserve the best, so it all depends on what has been freshly baked that day and you can request we avoid certain things.

I made a mistake when ordering. What should I do?

Not to worry, we’ve all been there. Just get in touch as soon as you notice on 01358 725071.
If we don’t answer, we are probably busy with a customer, so please leave a message.

If you get in touch before it's been shipped, we can get it sorted for you! If your order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately very little we can do.

Perishables - We cannot accept returns of food items, due to the nature of the item and risk of cross-contamination while out with our care. However, if there is a mistake with your order on our end, let us know and we will rectify this as quickly as possible.

Non-Perishables can be returned in original, undamaged, unopened packaging.
