“My wife and I are now probably regulars and have reviewed before. An Americano and a sandwich early afternoon is an experience not to be missed. A Large Americano is what it says "Large"! The coffee is made to perfection and the sandwiches require two hands to lift. I love the ambience and the staff are both friendly and efficient. However, the place is small and at busy times seats are at a premium. Nevertheless, the are stools outside for either the smokers, the dogwalkers or the hopefully 2019 Summer.

“Absolutely love it here, staff are amazing not to mention the food freshly prepared each day. Lovely place for a chat or even just time to your self. Very accommodating when asking about unusual request and will definitely try to achieve what you want. Drinks hot or cold are lush and prices are great. Little more if you have a request for vegan etc but still great prices. Don’t think you can guarantee anywhere now a days to completely say no nuts etc especially when things prepared on site.
Always love my time spent here, sometimes the whole day haha.”

“I treated my friend to a visit to the chocolate bar as she had never been before. We came from Aberdeen where we usually have coffee. On arrival she was super impressed by the beautiful decor - the feel of the cafe is just lovely and relaxed. I had a latte and a brownie - if you only have one thing this is it !! My friend had a speciality hot chocolate and a scone. Everything was lovely and fresh and so flavoursome. Homemade to boot. We sat for quite a long time chatting and enjoying the chilled atmosphere. Never feeling pressured to go even though we were finished our food. There was a family with small children in - regular customers I suspect as the staff chatted away with the children whilst they were choosing their treats taking the time to speak to them about the goodies and helping them decide.
The price was really reasonable for such high quality food and drinks.
As we were leaving and admiring the array of chocolates on display we decided to buy some of the truffles. Also handmade by the owner. We will definitely be making the journey from Aberdeen more often and the truffles were unbelievable and Christmas pressies for sure !”

“Lived in Ellon for 6 years and first time I had been in here. Was craving something sweet after the gym so had a honeycomb mocha. Oh sweet baby jebus it was the best mocha I've had ever.
If there was a ten star review option i would give it that.
It might be the sugar high talking but don't just walk past this place, nip in and have a look.

“What a lovely place, came here for lunch with my two grandsons, staff couldn’t be more helpful especially with my youngest who has special needs. Kira and Lynn couldn’t of been more helpful, the understanding and help was amazing and appreciated. Would highly recommend! Plus the food and cakes were amazing 😋x”
